    Hello friends my name is Mark lee.
    I am doing Workout for last 4 months. but i don't get growth in my body. i want to build my body in perfect shape...so please suggest me useful workout tips and supplements. thank you

    It's difficult to give you "Cookie-Cutter" Info.
    So much of what a Person Eats and how they Train is Individualized.

    What would help is your Current Stats and what Type of Workouts that you've been doing.................................. JP

    Stats:
    Height/Weight/Age/Body Fat % or close approximation.

    Well, I would not expect all that much in just 4 months. Most guys take years, literally, to get into a good shape. Bodybuilding is not a fast sport, and you will need patience while you get the results, which will surely come if you eat right, train and have enough rest. But for further information we would need to know more about you, at least some stats to begin with.

    I mean this is really it. Until I'm blue in the face I will say...eat, sleep, train. And there is no magic pill. Just keep doing these 3 things.
