It's difficult to give you "Cookie-Cutter" Info.
So much of what a Person Eats and how they Train is Individualized.
What would help is your Current Stats and what Type of Workouts that you've been doing.................................. JP
P.S.
Stats:
Height/Weight/Age/Body Fat % or close approximation.
Stick to the basics. A proper diet, HARD training and consistency is what is going to give you the results you are after. Not some fancy pre-workout drink.

Well, I would not expect all that much in just 4 months. Most guys take years, literally, to get into a good shape. Bodybuilding is not a fast sport, and you will need patience while you get the results, which will surely come if you eat right, train and have enough rest. But for further information we would need to know more about you, at least some stats to begin with.
going to take longer then 4 months bro. and supplements are just that, supplements! but I would recommend a good test booster to help boost your T levels naturally.. for that go with hcgenerate

I use Creatine is a naturally occurring substance within our muscle cells, primarily around the skeletal muscle tissue where approximately 95 percent of the body's creatine supply can be found. The remainder is stored throughout the rest of the body.
This naturally occurring metabolite has been reproduced as creatine monohydrate for dietary supplement purposes. It's used for cellular energy production and modulation.
