supps for the joints?

I want to start taking things for my joints before they start hurting me more. I've noticed that the more i push in the gym the more they feel a bit uneasy. i'm more geared towards the inflammation relief and the preventive factors. i've heard of a lot of things like tumeric and glucosamine, etc. but those are pricey.

They are cheap. Glucosamine and msm is about as cheap as it gets
