    Supps for non-lifters?

    Curious your thoughts on supplementing for non lifters. I just can't find the time or energy to maintain the gym life between kids and work.... Poor excuse and I should find the time.

    I currently take omega and a multi. I also still routinely mix a whey shake when I need a snack, usually afternoons. I mix 1-2 scoops depending on my meals at that point. Feel like this help gap any poor nutrition I might miss.

    I know whey is mainly about helping fill a void but those extra calories won't lead to weight gain if still active at my job?

    1-2 shakes per day or even 1 whey and 1 casino prior to bed ok?

    Other than healthy foods there isn't anything else I should add to help with overall nutrition? I'm really hoping Brett nutrition will equal better sleep and increased energy to find an hour a day for workouts.

    The extra protein from those shakes serve absolutely no benefit if you're not working out and breaking down muscle to repair.

    Dont worry too much about the shakes bro just make sure you are eating whole foods on the regular.
