    syntha-6 protein

    I wanted to know how to use protein, I'm not a complete newbie I mean I know how to mix and all. I got syntha-6 protein and looking to either use it 2 times per day or once per day during training whats my better option here?

    bro i suggest protein post workout if you leaning out and preworkout about 30min prior to build amino balance...

    I usually split it in 2, and take the first half before working out, and the other one after. Works best for me this way. @tealc has given some very good suggestions there.

    I usually just have 2 scoops after my workouts. The rest of my protein comes from food.

    Use the protein supplement after your workout. Whey protein is the fastest digesting protein source you can obtain. This makes it optimal for post workout supplementation to replenish depleted amino acid levels.

    Finish off the tub because you already purchased it, but there are much better options then Syntha-6. It is full of sugars and oils. Look at the nutrient panel. It has almost as much carbohydrates and fat per serving as it does protein.

    What you want to be supplementing with is a pure whey isolate. The ingredient list should say nothing more then whey protein isolate, flavours, artificial sweeteners and maybe some salt or soy lecithin. I personally use isolation from n2bm.com but there are a lot of good products on the market.
