    Taking a break from supplements

right now I'm taking several different supplements and wondering if I need to take a break from them. I'm using fish oil, creatine, and multivitamins. If I were to take them everyday in the morning is that going to work, or do I need to take a month or two off and then go back on them

You should take 48 hours off from supplements and do a water fast, just cleanse your whole system. After start back slow with n2guard 2-3 caps.

You dont need breaks from those things. They are literally found in your food. Other supplements sure but not food based supplements. No point

Do a couple of days of fasting per month and get off everyhting.

That being said, some of these essentials like multivitamins and fish oil you should be able to take long-term.
