    Taking stims pre workout

    My new job is a lot of driving and it takes me an hour and a half to get to work
    by the time I get home I'm too tired to get out of work out
    so I'm having to work out really early in the morning. I have to get up at 4 to get to the gym and then to be able to get back home to change and go to work. Is there a pre-workout you can recommend to get me hyped up in the morning

    Stims is such a general word. Coffee and tea is a stim but no one says "I'm taking a stim" while drinking tea. I would try cardazol 2-3 caps before training you'll see a boost in energy and results.

    Big mistake right there. Go to the gym direct from work.
