    Mass gainers

    I know that mass gainers are not good for you because they contain a lot of dairy. But I was doing some snooping online and found some that are dairy-free. Do you think these would be okay for me for someone who is lactose intolerant. I'm looking to increase my calorie

    there is a reason you feel like ass from a weight gainer. it is all junky ingredients.

    i dont like mass gainers, better try your own, 3-4 scoops of protein with 4-5 tbps of peanut butter and dextrose.

    You can add calories from other means, other than mass gainers, like good fats and veggie proteins

    They're just food. They have low lactose protein powders and you can mix it with lactose free milk.
