    tumeric good for inflammation?

Iíve been upping my tumeric cause my knees have been hurting a while. I was in the army for over 20 years and retired, but my knees took a beating in the process. My knees are super inflamed and when I workout they hurt like hell after wards. The tumeric isnít really doing as much as I had hoped. Any other options for me?

Msm and glucosamine chondroitin makes a noticeable difference for me. Especially for my lower back.

Turmeric is good for inflammation but it hits my libido, be careful high dosing it.

You can add it to food or supplement it but I don't think you will notice a huge difference.

Turmeric is not bad, but you should really try a full joint formula. Something really strong like my joint supplement: www.N2JointRx.com
