well, which creatine brand is better universal or optimal. Both seem to have micronized creatine but I want some monohydrate and hcl. Any comparisons between the 2 of them? how about stomach issues?

universal nutrition is better than optimum but that's not saying much as most everything is... ancient strength is far better quality than both brands and most in general... its a much higher quality and type... www.n2bm.com to read about it and purchase...
