Using n2slin before junk food?

Would using n2slin before i eat junk food help me lose weight or do you need to use it only before healthier food for best results?
I’m 250 pounds and want to lose like 30 pounds
I’m 5’9’’ and 30% body fat

healthy food tastes good too, you just aren't learning how to prep

I take 2 caps n2slin before cheat meal and 2 caps n2slin after, seems to work well for me especially with N2Slin X
