Vitamin B

Really confusing question! I'm going to look now some resources and then I'll let you know what I found. Hope it won't take me too much time.

How important is vitamin B in our diet? If we dont take it will it have any negative effects on us?

Go about this the other way. Google it's benefits and see if you can do without them. I'm gonna say you'd be bad off.

Aslong as your eating a rich healthy diet you should be gettin all your b vitamins.

There are 8 b vitamins — B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12

They are heavily involved in energy metabolism. I.e. converting the food you eat into fuel.

They are very important. They're water soluble so if you take more then is needed by the body, they will be excreted in your urine

I take many vitamins daily and mega doses on cycle but no matter what i always include b 12 and a b complex
