    Is it importrant to supplement this now ? I am deficient so i wanted to make sure i take the right amount. let me know..

    As compared to when? Most multi-vits will have a dose in.

    If you get a yearly physical blood work will determine if you're vitamin D deficient.

    Vitamin D is something I would recommend anyone to supplement. It's one the most common vitamin deficiencies around.
    There have been studies that even people living in sunny countries are often times deficient in it.

    For general health purposes I would aim around 800-2000IU range. As far as treatment of deficiency that's probably something you should discuss with your doctor.

    Vitamin D is a good one to supplement with. Especially for the ladies. Kidding. But yes a multivitamin will have enough and get some sun.
