    Vitamin d + creatine

So along with vitamin D, this is pretty much the only thing worth supplementing from a health standpoint as far as I know. Creatine is more performance-oriented. What are your experiences with fish oil?

I've been taking the stuff for a while now. Started off with 2 grams EPA+DHA each day, but I got huge nosebleeds, since fish oil thins the blood. The past two weeks I've been doing 1 gram a day, which has been going fine, but no really noticable effects. I started going back to 2 grams just yesterday, and so far so good.

I take fish oil for the fatty acids and joint benefits, and haven't had issues to be honest.

it really boils down to your goals and what you are doing. for those who cycle regularly you should be taking n2guard on for sure and n2generate off

it doesn't sound like you are cycling so for you i would recommend krill oil, creatine, and n2generate.. you can buy them from n2bm
