    Vitamin D deficiency

    can you recommend a good multivitamin product from one of the sponsors that can help boost my vitamin D intake and also my other vitamins
    my normal range is not being met so far and I'm below where I need to be
    I already get enough Sun I feel so I'm missing out on the vitamin

    if you live in a place that doesn't get direct sunlight i recommend an infrared sauna instead especially during the low light periods of the year

    I take n2guard and n2joint rx both have a lot of vitamins and minerals. I don't take vitamin D separate these days because of n2guard.

    You definitely want to get it though the sun if possible. Not sure the oral version is very effective.
