I stay Far-Far away from Artificial Sweeteners of any type.
They all have their Issues, and are Not Healthy.
I Drink a lot of Lemon in Water, both in Warm Water 1st thing in the AM, then Cooler Water throughout the Day.
During the Summer I'll break it up with Watermelon (don't always remember the mint).
Cucumber in Water is also Excellent, and very good for you.......................... JP
