Weight gainer timing?

I just got 10 pounds of N Large 2 from Prolab. I was wondering if i should take it a different parts of the day. I would probably take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops with my post workout meal. Would this be beneficial? Thanks.
 
weight gainers will:

1. tear up your stomach
2. stress your body
3. make you fat
4. and yes increase the chances of disease because sugar is a MAGNET to disease.

will it make you gain weight? absolutely. but it is bad weight

I'd get rid of that and work on getting whole quality foods in. Gainers wont help you positively
 
This. I still can't understand why most of people are going with those choices, when they literally destroy your body
 
You don't need the weight gainer bro, it adds only sugars and fat in your body which you will need to cut down and run miles to look good.
