I'm interested in trying a weight gainer and would like to try something that doesn't contain any sugar
does such a thing exists out there and if so can you point me to some brands
I'm currently 135 lb even like to put on 30 to 50 lb over the next year and I just started weight training as well so I'll be combining it with my weight training session
that is how weight gainers work. they are full of sugars and other garbage
of course you will gain weight but it is lousy weight
