fast from everything.. steroids, food, drinks (aside from water).. even stop exercising for a bit. all those things spike inflammation. the body needs a break.. pro athletes don't play year round for a reason
Do you mean inflammation caused by resistance training or inflammation in general?
If it's the latter your diet is the key. Aim for an overall healthy diet including whole grains, lots of fruits and vegetables, healthy fats from oily fish, nuts, seeds olive oils and so on.
The so called Mediterranean diet would be very ideal for this purpose.
