What is the best Recomp Macro ration for you?

I just wanted to know what works best for everyone for a recomp, i.e., losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. I know this is, most likely, different for each individual, but nevertheless, what works best for you???

    Use P/C/F as your ratio...

I keep my fat very low with carbs moderate and protein high, which works great for recomp on me. Around 50/40/10

Basically I only alter my carb intake on a recomp, and go higher two times a week by maybe 500 calories total, rest of the 5 days I'm slightly below maintenance

Honestly I don't know because I'm a horrible dieter lol I have a hunch it's low fat high carbs consisting of whole grains like rice and quinoa... You know, the typical body builder diet. Lean meats and rice and veggies

30/50/20 works best for me when I am trying to make weight and keep strength up. usually for about 4 weeks or so.

but i change things up during the wk, after X workout. You will need different sources of fuel for different workouts.....So one must be ready to change.

I've made great progress running a high fat diet, but I'm switching it up right now for the next few weeks to see how I respond with moderate carbs and high protein

    My high fat Macros 35/5/60

Now I'm doing 50/40/10- I'm going to give Ricks approach a shot, but I'm unsure how well it will work. Carbs usually blow me up, but I'm willing to try and see what happens

Probably low carb, if im crash dieting while trying to hold as much muscle as possible. With high protein. But to be honest i like to mix it up,Different approches seem to work and sometimes the body shock seems to work as well.
