I'm not really sure what you mean by this question.
I don't if there exists such rating system that shows which is the least and which is the most easily absorbed.
I think it matters more when you take them and fat soluble vitamins for instance are better to take with food for optimal absorbtion.
the vitamins you see at walgreens or walmart are completely useless. i won't go as far to say they are a scam, but close to it. and the ones you see in commercials like metamucil or whatever do more harm than good
