Whats a good brand of aminos to buy.

Does anyone knows a reliable web to get aminos? I have done aminos before for bulking but it was a
disappointment, I don't know if my body doesn't react to aminos or they were low quality, my friend took the same products and didn't see any changes either

The brand of supplements you purchase isn't particularly important, what's important is the ingredient list and what is actually in the supplement itself.

The problem with a lot of flavoured BCAA drinks is that they are very under dosed. BCAAs taste absolutely horrible so companies use a lot of flavours and sweeteners to make the drinks palatable. A lot of flavoured BCAAs contain more flavouring ingredients then actual BCAAs.

I personally use the capsulated BCAA supplement gear from n2bm.com. It's a fully dosed BCAA supplement with plasma bovine protein serum and digestive enzymes added to ensure your body fully absorbs and utilizes the supplement.

Remember that although BCAAs are a great supplement to take, they are just that - a supplement. If you are trying to bulk and put on muscle mass, your first priority needs to be getting in enough protein each day and perfecting your diet. That is priority #1.

Usually, it is best to rely not on the brand names of BCAA's and any other supplements, but rather on the ingredient lists on their labels. If these are ok, then the product should be good to use irregardless of the brand. Personally, I really like the GEAR by N2BM, but this is my personal choice. Do a little research, and before buying a BCAA product, review its labels. If there are no artificial sweetners or additives, then it should be good to go.

The purer the BCAA supplement - the better.

If I would get my hands on a powdered supplement, what I would do is mix 50/50 with pure BCAAs and chug that down. Less additives per portion, milder taste, more benefits.

I don't care for Flavored Aminos.
I buy Pharma-Grade Powdered Aminos from Musclefeast that aren't Sweetened or Flavored.
They're Inexpensive and of the Highest Quality.

If you don't want to mix a Powder, then either by it in Caps.
Or buy the Powder and Cap it yourself.................................... JP
    P.S.
I toss them into my Intra and Post workout Drinks.

You want to shop by ingredients. Do not look at the brand or the picture of some guy on the bottle. Personally I don't like using a BCAA powder so I just use GEAR from N2BM which is a pure BCAA capsule. You want to stay away from fillers, sugars, and sweeteners in these powdered products.

I buy bcaa from bulk supplements on Amazon...cheap..sold in bulk...no marketing. You get what you pay for.

If you want capsules you can buy them that way or make them yourself. Cap-m-quik is $20 and makes 50 capsules at a time...you can buy 1000s of empty capsules for pretty cheap..ebay is usually where i look for any color/size. Its cheaper to do it yourself but much easier if you buy them already made so it depends on how much you value your time. A batch of 50 caps should take 15 mins for a simple formula...little longer if you have to grind up and mix ingredients in a mortar.
