    Whey/Casien/Soy

    Many people here are already whey/casein users as they provide the quick recovery and slow/negligible breakdown of muscles. However, is soy important as well? I'm thinking whether i should add soy into my diet. Any thoughts, would you promote this product?

    none of that shit helps recovery and prevents muscle breakdown. that is just supplenent companies putting out cherry picked studies to sell you more powders. i say this as someone who reps for supplement companies. if you come to me and ask what you should get: REAL FOOD or powders I'm going to point to the REAL FOOD every fucking time. REAL FOOD is the right answer, supplements add to the REAL FOOD only. if your budget you have to pick one or the other pick REAL FOOD

    I do the same, you have to browse lot of products for specific vitamins so that takes more time but worth it

    never really used any of that so i can't tell you, but i eat good food, my wife cooks amazing so that's what i always go for
