    Workout schedule

    When should I take the Majority of my protein? I workout about 4am in the morning. Most of the post I have read are based on evening workout. I also include a brisk walk during the evening. Should I do 2 scoops after my workout and 1 in the evening? Any suggestions?

    I usually just drink one in the morning in lieu of actually eating breakfast.

    Protein sources should be taken throughout the day from meats, eggs, etc.

    If you ate talking about protein shakes, then post workout works well for most. That's when I take mine. Just make sure you are getting plenty of protein from whole food sources

    i don't consume protein powder. eat real food.

    if you workout in the morning it would behest you in most situations to wait until later to eat a meal if your goals are health or leanness. if your goals are just size and strength and you don't care about health then eat a meal after your workout.. humane friendly eggs > protein powder

    I always drink the shake just right after workout, with a banana.
    But you better eat just high quality foods and you'll be good to go.

    Drinking the shake or having a banana how the user above me does, it's what I do too. Until you leave the gym and have your food, your body is losing its pump, but while pumped you take more proteins, its better.
