Can I take creatine then not drink for 2-4 hours? I know I have to drink a lot of water but I have school and I cannot go to bathroom and run out of class, so I can take creatine drink a glass of water (just 1 8oz glass) then I cannot drink for 4 hours, is that alright?
I read the powerlifting thread on AAS and wanted to get into a bit of powerlifting, but it's not easy at all. I'm a bit light. Will creatine at around 20grams help me gain the water weight needed to lift heavy? or do I need some pros.
