what are the best post-workout shakes or drinks that I should be drinking too help my body recover from my brutal workouts that I am doing.
I usually get done with my work out around 5:30 to 6 p.m. and then I am going to bed around 10 -10:30
I'm about to start a cycle here shortly, and looking for a good weight gain shake with protein, the best one I found I wanted to order has creatine built into it.
Would creatine hurt while on cycle? Pretty sure all creatine does is water retention.
Any recommendations?
