    I’ve got 3 bottles of N2slin I want to use it The best way possible I typically work out in the morning around 7:30 a.m. and get out 8:30. I have my first meal around 11 am. Then I eat again at 2 p.m. and sometimes at 4 or 5 p.m. How should I run n2slin around this schedule?

    Blocking fat from carbs

    I’ve read about certain supplements being good as fat blockers when you eat a carb heavy meal. I am half greek and half italian so we eat a lot of pasta and bread. The carbs really ruin my diet whenever I eat too much of them. Is there a supplement that can help with this?
