I'm having a lot of trouble when I digest Dairy which is a shame because I really love ice cream and cheese those are my two favorite things in the world as treats

I always thought that taking stuff like this would upset your stomach because roots are hard to digest. do they cook them before they put them in supplements or do they keep them as is and make them into powders
