Anyone have experience running test this high? I'm trying to plan my winter bulk and I'd like to try it out.

The obvious solutions for a bulk are deca or NPP, but I do pct so I have no interest in messing with nandrolones.
 
Of course, quite a bit higher actually. Though I usually prefer it no more than 750mg/wk, and often times 300 or less when stacked with other compounds.
 
i never recommend going over 500 mg... the continuous presumption is that the higher you go, the more the gains etc... the higher you go, the more the side effects.. so even if you do gain more, you lose more due to having higher side effects... so whats the purpose?

Id stack something else. Run it with maybe EQ doing 500mg test/week plus 400-600mg/week of EQ. Otherwise I would say stay at 500mg test and add in something like MK677 (Nutrobal) or HGH. Those would help you bulk as well.

Other then some water retention in my hands and feet, I've never noticed or looked at hGH being a bulking compound. Much better at lipolysis, and simply feeling too prevent fat storage

So if im bulking I will use HGH or MK677 for the recovery as well as the hunger aspects so I can eat in a caloric surplus.

I agree its not necessarily a bulking compound but the same with any PED you can bulk or cut with anything it really depends on your training and caloric intake.

I just find that I can eat all day when im taking HGH or MK677. Plus the ability to lift heavier weights and get that increased recovery has been a huge benefit. You could do the same with deca, eq, etc though.
 
No reason to run test that high. The side effects will scale too much with diminishing returns.
 
You shoud not ask others for your dose.Everyone is different.I can run a 1 gram without any sides should i listen someone who is saying to me to run 300 per week.And i can tell you from my experience that you will gain more from 1g ,compared to 500mg.

You will grow more on a gram than a half gram. There is no question and no one here in their right mind will argue that.

It was mentioned that side effects go up. And they do. water retention and moon face are the least of your worries - high dose test will increase your blood pressure and if you actually wanted to be legitimately intelligent about the higher level game you would do well to get some hydrochlorothiazide to lower your blood pressure - that’s the exact mechanism your looking for.

Everyone personally knows a few dozen ifbb pros on the inter webs. I don’t. I know three old ones and some up and comers that won big state level shows and I competed with some so I won’t lie to you and tell you this is what ifbb pros use. I don’t know that. I do know if you consider 250-260 at under 6 foot and around 10% body fat in the off season a mass monster then yes. A gram is used or more. Not that much more though. I’ve never legitimately known people to really go above a gram MAYBE 1.25g a week to grow.

Test insulin and gh is how mass monsters are grown. Sometimes deca for joints. The real question is your goals - and if your actually able to legit use a gram efficiently with your body and training experience. I can also say that’s legit getting up there. The “pros use 2-3 grams a week” is what’s bullshit. I’m sure it’s happened - but outside of immediate precontest I find it hard to believe that even top of the game ifbb pros go much above 2 grams.

I would say if your body is big enough - 4-5 years of serious gear use in... and you goal is size at all costs... 1-1.25g is something one could consider.

If your goal is to be master shredder and maybe never even grow to larger than 220 in your fattest time of the year (say your 5’10-5’11) there is no need to venture to the land of “I huff and puff going up stairs and struggle am seriously considering purchasing Velcro shoes so shoelaces are a thing of the past”. That’s taking it a bit to the extreme there... but only just.

Most people that will ride a gram or so for large portions of the year say 16-20 weeks that I knew did almost nothing outside of the gym. Wealthy parents/union job and happy with just scraping by/sleep and eating is your social life besides 7:30-11pm at the gym on Friday to lift, walk on the incline treadmill and tan.

I guess I could add in addition to wealthy parents (for reasonably young gym rats that were mass monsters) the other type of people that can pull off the sleeping eating is my job are the drug dealers. Some of the more out there insane huge guys would also abuse various other recreational substances - which also happened to be the mechanism by which they got to sleep or eat for most of the day... lol

I dont think anyone is arguing you wont gain more from 1 gram of test vs 500mg. The sides are what you need to consider especially if you are estrogen prone or dont want a bloated puffy look.

Most guys I see running a gram or more of test have a puffy look from water retention. If its sheer mass you want to add then it works.

Also everyones body absorbs test differently. Ive seen some guys run 500mg of test and have a 3000+ test blood level and others have less than 2000 on the same brand of gear. Its all relative so agreed I always tell people start with a max dose of 500mg/week and go from there. In my opinion its better to add other synergistic compounds that do not aromatize (eq, deca, primo, etc) than increase the test dosage but whatever works best while mitigating sides is what a person should go with.

Have we met!? Definitely been there in the past, even the wife helping me with my shoes Lol I do my best to try to keep up with at least some cardio, because it totally sucks feeling like you're breathing through a straw and have your heart thumping walking upstairs.
