Good workHad last 3 days off as still feeling the flu, started a course of antibiotics hoping to kill this prick of a thing.
Weight is still dropping too fast when protein is reduced. Lost 4kg for the month, i will add more protein over the next few days try to slow it down,

Yeah, I have to stay away from starch’s like bread, pasta etc.. I’m gluten intolerant so cant have it anyways, but also sugar will bring on a flare up.. so avoid that too. I’m gluten intolerant so cant have it anyways, but also sugar will bring on a flare up.. so avoid that too.
