Still staying strong on ketosis, no matter what you're hardcore :D @Freki respected.
 
I've upset my low back on Saturday L5/S1 is a mess and might need another cortisone shot . Hoping it calms down but in meantime limited walking and no running. Will try the bike today see if i can get some cardio in without making it worse.

After a lot of improvements last week there was not much progress on the delts today, still a good workout.

Keto has been slipping last 3 days

Saturday Japanese festival 60g carbs
Sunday friends bday 52g carbs

Time to get it back down.
@Freki id definitely say a cortisone shot will help. I’m going tomorrow to get one in my shoulder as it’s killing me.

Im noticing it's the day before that affects my ketosis.
Yesterday I was in mild ketosis, the day before that I had 2400 calories 150g protein 190g fats 34g carbs

Today I'm in deep ketosis after Yesterdays 1950 calories 150g protein 136g fats 27g carbs.

So I'm still learning it all NP
I'll stay at these macros for another few days then see if I can get away with adding another 10g protein

Another thing, I'm getting better recovery on the higher calorie days

Restate your cycle and PED intake again please.

.5 armidex x 3 per week

I've just had another .5 Arimidex and thinking of doing 0.5 x 5 per week then retest in 2 weeks
