Approved Log 14 weeks - Test, Primo, NPP, HGH cycle Log

Sorry guys for the missing couple days, been flat out with work.

Couple of things to update, I got my bloods back - still waiting on my LCMS E2 test, but looking at the prolactin and e2, can probably safely assume its slightly elevated - I have been feeling really flat, low energy and pretty moody, I have started low dose adex and first dose I seem to feel better already.

This is my week 5 of the cycle, all in all pretty happy with the bloods, urea and creatinine I believe are because the morning of the blood test I was pretty dehydrated, which in turn has thrown my EGFR off, I had a kidney/liver ultrasound literally a couple months ago and clear.
My liver numbers are coming down, dr still believes they are training related, not too concerned with them at this point as they are trending down - bilirubin I had a direct/indirect test done awhile ago it seems I have gilbert syndrome.

Lipids are slightly concerning, however, this is to be expected I am reading on cycle, I am taking all the right supps for it, I have also only just added cardio into the mix, so I will monitor this.

Started NPP this week which I will run for 8 weeks, But will be doing bloods again at week 8, to see where I am at after 3-4 weeks of that. - I have added Mucuna and P5P at the same time to control Prolactin.

The gear from Kaos pinned smooth as, no PIP at all, went in smooth, really keen to see how this adds to my cycle, running 45mg a day - I am a big fan of splitting things as much as I can for stability, I dont mind the pinning.

I have been hitting the morning runs 5km each morning before work, getting easier and easier, dread it every morning but love it once its over 😂.

Tonight I hit chest and back again, legs yesterday
feeling much stronger

Leg session -
hack squat 6x4 200kg last set 15x120

Tomorrow is a rest day, just cardio, back into the gym friday, for legs, I will share a physique photo then.

Trained legs today, I do two leg sessions a week one with a quad focus, one with a ham focus.

Day 3 on NPP and day 5 on HGH, not sure if I am feeling much yet, I do think I am struggling with E2 a little bit but I have added Arimidex .25 each day back in, maybe someone can chime in if this is too high? I am really mindful of going too low, LCMS is a pain in the ass where it takes like 2 weeks to come back so alot of guesswork then validated by bloods later, I am sleeping alot better, even my whoop numbers say that my REM and Deep sleep is way up.
I will say though, @KAOS Anabolics gear is top notch, everything has been super smooth, I am pinning NPP daily and have not had any PIP or discomfort - maybe someone could let me know what to expect and when for this?

Big session, felt a little flat, I really think this E2 has been messing with me, but after a couple doses of Adex I am feeling better.

Doing some more meal prep today for the week ahead, same meals, I try not to change my diet too much - still running 4000-4200 calories, I dont appear to be gaining any fat, but having mad water flucuations.

I have shared a physique update below, currently weighing in at 112kg 5 weeks into this cycle, I feel as though itll start ramping up in the next couple weeks, some of my body parts are noticeably bigger and fuller.

Back into the gym tomorrow for upper, cant wait.

Training is tight, but you doing any core planks? and pictures legs growing and you leaning out.
 
Hey guys.

hit chest, back and front delts tonight, now I am not sure if its bringing AI back into the mix, the NPP kicking in or just sheer coincidence, but was the strongest session I have had, tried some 1rm’s on flat bench right at the start and hit 130kg with clean form, which is a PR, I have also made the decision to take GH down to 2iu daily for now just while I get this water retention under control, my WHOOP metrics are all off, BP was slightly elevated this morning, but plan to titrate up as I get more dialled.

Positive - I guess the gear is all legit and dosed properly.



I am back on .25 Adex daily which has made me feel so much better and drier, so will continue this, maybe take it down to .125 daily after a week or so - still no LCMS back.



Session today -

Flat bench 1RM training got 110 for 4, 120 for 2 and 130 for 1,

Flat bench 2x12 80kg slow, controlled reps.

Incline DB bench 4x10 35kg db

Chest dips 3x15 bodyweight

Cable flies superset with machine press 3 sets burnout

Bent over row 4x10 100kg

Narrow grip pull down 3x12 70kg

Chest supported row 3x10 80kg

Hammer strength pulldown superset with straight arm pull down 3 sets to burnout

Barbell overhead press 4x8 70kg

Strict DB lat raises 3x15 8kg

Cable front raises superset with cable lat flies 3x12

Lat raise machine 3 sets to burnout





The meals I posted above have the following



Lunch -

200g chicken breast with dry rub

1 sweet potato

brocollini 100g

80g beetroot

100g brussel sprouts

I am about half way through my cycle now and really starting to see and feel the effects.
Nearly a week on NPP, and I feel the strength, my body is starting to take on a more muscular apperarance.

I have hit a couple PR over the last couple days.
I have been trying some heavy lifts and 1RM to see where im at.

175 for a single squat
military pressed 80kg for 3
even all my accesory lifts are jumping up, feels really good.

I will post a full update tomorrow, as I am travelling for work for the day, so no gym, but I am due a rest day anyway, might do some planks and abs in the hotel 😂.

I am still waiting for my LCMS test - absolute joke where I live, but, I am probably going to drop my Adex to .125 daily - thoughts? I really get scared to crash.

The best thing about being on cycle is seeing the weekly 2% weight increases on all lifts.

@Dreamer you gotta watch out with hgh of carpal tunnell too. You can always take a week off of it, there's no rule where you have to take it every day like clockwork.

@Dreamer Rose is a fantastic session for you. You're putting in some good weights. I like how you do the military presses.
