Dropped my GH down to 2iu for the past couple days, water retention way better.
I am about half way through my cycle now and really starting to see and feel the effects.
Nearly a week on NPP, and I feel the strength, my body is starting to take on a more muscular apperarance.
I have hit a couple PR over the last couple days.
I have been trying some heavy lifts and 1RM to see where im at.
130kg for a single on bench
175 for a single squat
military pressed 80kg for 3
even all my accesory lifts are jumping up, feels really good.
I will post a full update tomorrow, as I am travelling for work for the day, so no gym, but I am due a rest day anyway, might do some planks and abs in the hotel

I am still waiting for my LCMS test - absolute joke where I live, but, I am probably going to drop my Adex to .125 daily - thoughts? I really get scared to crash.
