16% body fat and unsure where to turn

I've done four different steroid cycles
when I first started using steroids I was at 11 or 12% body fat
I followed the eating every 2 hours thing and focus on bulking a little too much and now I'm up to 16%
I don't like the way I look to be honest I would have rather stayed at my previous body fat and then put on muscle mass from there
can you tell me what you recommend I do from here? are steroids out of the question and should I just focus on cutting or should I run another steroid cycle but focus more on eating a different way?

you should start cutting maybe some primoblan low carbs and diet
 
you should cut down first then add lean mass
 
making diet and training changes are always the first things to look at and address... if those are not in line and on point, it makes no difference what you take as you will never the results you should regardless because those are the most important... once you address those, i would look at a sarms cutting stack... far less side effects and much more retainable progress made...
