@ajg223 veggies broccoli to start off, thats easiest.Diet definitely could be tightened up. Got my steamer so plan on steaming a bunch of veggies this weekend for meals next week. What veggies do you recommend?
I have a piece of fruit every day in the afternoon, usually with half a cup of walnuts as a snack.
I think I pay too close attention to the macros. For example, that afternoon snack is a crazy amount of carbs and fat for how much food it is. I find myself going away from raw foods to things like shakes and bars because I can manipulate them to fit my macros.

@ajg223 even on bad diet days you need to log it, maybe those days will be a boostSo diet this weekend has been awful. No excuse other than a lack of self discipline. Hoping the accountability of this community and reminding myself of my goals will get me back on track.
