@ajg223 37 min is fast bro keep it pushed upBack as it today and yesterday. My body recomp competition begins Monday. Any advice on diet to lean out as much as possible over the next 8 weeks? I plan to add 2-3 sessions of additional cardio per week to my normal strength training. I am up over 15lbs since the start of my cycle. I know it’s not all muscle and there is plenty of fat to shed.
