Last two days workouts. Both days included a 15 minute sauna straight into a 3 minute cold plunge afterwards.

but many reps are around 10
lets push more sets into 15 range
 
Back as it today and yesterday. My body recomp competition begins Monday. Any advice on diet to lean out as much as possible over the next 8 weeks? I plan to add 2-3 sessions of additional cardio per week to my normal strength training. I am up over 15lbs since the start of my cycle. I know it’s not all muscle and there is plenty of fat to shed.

All reps other than runs are split. We finished in 37 minutes.

4 Rounds For Time

40 Alternating DB Hang Clean & Jerks 50 lb DB
60/50 cal row
40 GHD Sit ups

every 5 min run 200m together

sometimes working with a partner is great if they are pushing you

@ajg223 37 min is fast bro keep it pushed up
stay on this and up the volume a bit with cardio
 
my advice is keep posting your diet and be detailed and be open to swapping some things out
