Good workBack as it today and yesterday. My body recomp competition begins Monday. Any advice on diet to lean out as much as possible over the next 8 weeks? I plan to add 2-3 sessions of additional cardio per week to my normal strength training. I am up over 15lbs since the start of my cycle. I know it’s not all muscle and there is plenty of fat to shed.

Light day today due to time constraints. No food since last night around 5:00 pm.
