Estrogen just came back. 116 which seems to be good. So should I proactively take the aromasin every day or every other or just if I have estrogen-related sides?

Your bloods show moderate E2, I'd like to see you take very light aromasin 5mgs every 3 days not eod.
Lets see you update training diet and gear use as you go.
 
get that diet locked in with cardio and you will lean out fast. get some fastin in bro

How do I go about taking 5mg? My pills are 25mg and I don’t see anything smaller for on the partner’s sites.

How do I go about taking 5mg? My pills are 25mg and I don’t see anything smaller for on the partner’s sites.
@ajg223 you can cut into 4 so thats around 6.25mgs each that will work.

These yogurts that people consume like crazy have very little nutrition and very little benefits
if you want to go the yogurt route then buy raw yogurt and pay a little more for the real stuff
or you can just get coconut yogurt
 
fasted cardio is very important it's good that you're doing it
