Rest day yesterday. Needed one. Went on a 3 mile walk. Adding a progress photo. Does anyone see any signs of gyno starting? I have bloods coming up in a week or so but just wanted to get the opinion of the community. I don’t feel any tenderness or itchiness, just paranoid.View attachment 32729

Have had issues posting but have been hard at work. Diet has been on point except for Saturday evening. Back on track today. Hitting macros to within 5 grams across the board. Here are my last 5 days of training.

@ajg223 just checking your training, back extensions are high rep exercises get that to 20 or if you do 10-12 add a weight to your chest bro
overall stay steady and update us more
