I agree with the guys it's great you're fasting but you're dying also needs to be on point
 
I know my diet is less than ideal. I ordered a rice cooker so that I can add more vegetables into my meals. Planning on replacing the yogurt/shake meal during the day with chicken breast, steamed veggies and brown rice. I am trying to find a balance that works for my lifestyle. Finding the line between convenience and the most healthy options. It’s a matter of being honest with myself. Yes, the shakes and bars and yogurt are convenient, but I’m sick of feeling like a fat ass. So doing the hard work to change that is what’s in order. Thank you guys for all the support and help. I wouldn’t be able to do this without you guys.

@ajg223 your diet is not bad at all, I know balance is important and more real food is important but not all can do it. As long as you stay strong high protein you'll do well. WE will support you always, we are your evo family.

Ordered a rice cooker to begin adding veggies at meals. I feel good but no different than before. I know I am only a week in and have a few more weeks before I see/feel any real changes. I am being vigilant for sides, do these generally pop up (if the do) a few weeks in? I am taking the advice of approximately 8 mg aromasin every 3rd day. Tomorrow will be my third pin. I have to say the process has been super easy and smooth. No pip or negative side effects so far.

@ajg223 I would add more oatmeal too

I think if you want sides to show up maybe they wont if you have proper supplements like n2guard and you doing aromasin so not always sides
maybe just gains if you do it right
dont worry about sides yet

take a picture of the syringe loaded thats a HOT share :) if you can of course
