It’s a nice gym. It’s a combo CrossFit and personal training gym. I usually go at night after I get my kids to bed when it’s closed. Been there long enough that the owner trusts me with a key.

@ajg223 how are you feeling with more psyllium husk and fish oil? you should feel much better
 
Definitely feel better. Love the psyllium husk especially. What should I feel from the test? I know it takes a few weeks to kick in, but just wondering what to expect.
