Approved Log 16 week Testosterone Cardarine N2Guard Cycle Log

Definitely feel better. Love the psyllium husk especially. What should I feel from the test? I know it takes a few weeks to kick in, but just wondering what to expect.
It's different for everyone on what someone might feel, some respond excellent, others don't respond at all or barely notice a change , it's really person 2 person.

Gotten a little behind with my log as I had a busy few days. I will update with my training. Diet was mostly the same as usual except for a dinner out to celebrate my wife's birthday.

F. 3x10 Goblet Squat (72, 90, 90)

Had a piece of salmon with rice and veggies. Might have had a piece of cake as well.

Will up the cardio this week. The weather is supposed to warm up so planning on running a 5k or two this week. I absolutely hate machines for cardio. Every minute is torture.

up the cardio lets do it, even if you need to go with outside cardio
 
nice to see someone doing pull-ups those are fun
 
nice job on the Friday and Saturday and Sunday workouts
 
make sure you getting in cardio even 10 or 15 minutes is good
 
salmon is good but try and do wild fish always

I agree with you cardio in the gym is boring I much rather be outside
