So this is my first time logging anywhere so forgive me if ive done this wrong!

Will be starting a 16 week cycle on the 1st April, bit of a lean bulk and hardening up at the end for the desired tren/mast look
currently cruising on 200 Test 100 primo split mon/fri with and just started low dose DNP 100mg for the next 2 weeks leading up to blast.
Will be starting long esters this coming monday 18th and slin/npp as of the 1st.
cycle will be looking roughly like this
weeks 1-16
750mg Test E
600mg Primo E (wil adjust based on e2)
100mg Tren E
weeks 1-12 300mg npp
weeks 9 -16 300mg Tren Ace
week 10-16 500mg mast P
5iu Novo pre workout (working to 10iu)
10iu lant post workout
4iu hgh upping to 6iu
25mg proviron
25mg injectable anadrol preworkout here and there
ancils are:
- 40-80mg telm
- 10mg cialis
depending on how BP is looking and HCT
- 1000mg Tudca and 500mg NAC
- p5p incase
Injection freq will be mon/wed/fri
Training splits are:
- Chest/biceps
- Back/Triceps
- Legs and shoulders
- Rest
Core EOD and 1 hour cardio every day ranging between moderate and high intensity
Macros are going to be based on weigh in on Sunday 30th and will be adjusted based on weekly weigh ins and how I'm feeling.
Bloodwork to come for cruise this coming monday the 18th!

So Id like to give you guys a little background story of where ive come from and where i'm heading.
I'm 26, 6ft2.
I was trafficking coke until i was arrested when my partner was around 10 weeks pregnant, ended up losing everything money wise and turned into an alcoholic as i was having a kid i never wanted and lost absolutely everything i had.
luckily i got off on first time offence and mental health etc and was put through rehab, psychologists and placed on a 18 month corrections order with community service. This included random drug testing.
A friend of mine was selling me home brew spirits for $15 a litre and i went from drugs to alcohol and from 102kg to 138.5kg.
after my daughter was born i knew something had to change and after her first christmas 2021.
2022 After christmas i started at the gym with the focus of just losing weight dropped down from 138.5 to around 108kg.
Then decided to focus on putting on muscle and a fair few injuries set me back, couple of back injuries and knees.
mate gave me a vial of test and tren and i had the worst first cycle ever. Knew nothing, winged it and regretted it.
cruised on test and mast and then ran a cycle of that and absolutely loved it and now we are here.
Went from enclo pct to back on 200mg TestE 100mg Primo for the last 4-5 weeks and pulled bloods this morning for cruise baseline.
Had my first inj of 250 test/300primo/40mg tren E after bloods, upped the dnp to 300mg and will be lowering carb intake for the next 2 weeks before i start slin and npp.

Giving DNP a crack and super low carb to increase sensitivity and rebound when i start smashing carbs and slin, we plan to go pretty hard for 16 weeks starting april 1st. Like i said im always willing to try everything and probably wont ever use it again but its still an experience id like to learn from@Whostolemynutz thats a big life story and you are amazing for changing your life, not many can do it.
Its worth it for yourself and the family.
but why the DNP? I think you can get lean without DNP and without causing actual mitochondrial damage.

yeah honestly i had no idea at all about any of it and my mate gave me the advice and it was absolutely terrible.Tren is not a good first cycle start.

@Whostolemynutz if you want to increase insulin sensitivity you should do fasting, not dnp.
