***DNP update***
Yes yes I know it’s the topic you all love haha

Been on 400mg for the last 2 days and upped my fats and my hunger issues are gone especially my hangry temper.
Holding a bit of water from dnp and expecting a little from the growth since I’ve upped my dosage from 3iu-4iu-3iu (10iu vial so this seemed efficient dosages over 3 days haha) but now on 3iu before training fasted and 3iu before bed.

Took some photos at the gym this morning slowly leaning up

Urine isn’t dark actually looks good apart from slightly weird bright yellow look haha! drinking 2 serves of sugar free electrolytes (which is 1L) plus 3L of water, feel a little fatigued towards end of the day but my workouts a still going strong just feeling the carb depletion. Strength down a little but nothing crazy.

Breakfast was eggs, chicken, cheese, mushroom, onion, beetroot and avocado

Lunch was 2x chicken mince with stir fry veg, guac and low sug bbq sauce (1g sugar per serve) in a lettuce bowl

Dinner was chicken schnitzel really lightly crumbed with mushroom, onion, spinach, egg and low sug sauce

2 serves of protein powder before bed
Food and physique looks good

Hey everyone sorry for the lack of updates! Works been absolutely flat out and haven't had time to scratch my ass.
Heres a little video i took this morning, definitely leaning up heaps and looking good! Wish i was shorter than 6'2 i feel like id look massive haha.
had a small re-feed on sunday, feeling great.

have introduced 50mcg clen pre workout at 5am and another 40mcg at 2pm ontop of the 400mg dnp.
No issues at the moment apart from waking up saturated from the tren/clen/dnp/Lcarn hahah.
will pin my first 100mg of Npp on the sunday as well so its ready for monday.

Will give an update on Sunday when i do my weigh in and Pre pics before i hit the rebound hard with :
-50mg anadrol
-5iu novo pre
-10iu lant post
-100mg npp mon/wed/fri (300mg total)
and a dextrose monohydrate + electrolyte intra blend.

super excited to see where we end up!

Nice work bro, at 6'2" you certainly have done well put muscle on a frame that large. What you have been doing is obviously working even with your work and everything else.

Giving it 110% and staying dedicated, if im not needing a nap by lunchtime then i didnt train hard enough that morning!

My core lacks like crazy due to not being able to train it for over 6 months from hernias but once I took this photo Sunday gone before my re-feed, closest I’ve ever been to a 6 pack in my life, would probably pop if I’d been training them longer but I’m smashing them as of the last 3 months, every second day 💪🏼

hernias unfortunately are part of the game sometimes
