***DNP update***
Yes yes I know it’s the topic you all love haha
Been on 400mg for the last 2 days and upped my fats and my hunger issues are gone especially my hangry temper.
Holding a bit of water from dnp and expecting a little from the growth since I’ve upped my dosage from 3iu-4iu-3iu (10iu vial so this seemed efficient dosages over 3 days haha) but now on 3iu before training fasted and 3iu before bed.
Took some photos at the gym this morning slowly leaning up
Urine isn’t dark actually looks good apart from slightly weird bright yellow look haha! drinking 2 serves of sugar free electrolytes (which is 1L) plus 3L of water, feel a little fatigued towards end of the day but my workouts a still going strong just feeling the carb depletion. Strength down a little but nothing crazy.
Breakfast was eggs, chicken, cheese, mushroom, onion, beetroot and avocado
Lunch was 2x chicken mince with stir fry veg, guac and low sug bbq sauce (1g sugar per serve) in a lettuce bowl
Dinner was chicken schnitzel really lightly crumbed with mushroom, onion, spinach, egg and low sug sauce
2 serves of protein powder before bed
