****UPDATE****

Sorry for the lack of updates, i was working massive days and took time off over the Easter long weekend to enjoy time with my kids and partner.
So lets get to it!
i was travelling along super well, leaning up heaps until i got ended up getting drunk and having a smoke and caving into the munchies, smashing pizza and chocolate.
2 days of drinking cooked my kidneys and had back pain for a couple days which has eased off heaps and this also caused some severe water retention (about 5-6kg) in my stomach and mainly legs. This is mostly gone now with just some slight retention. Just doing a good flush of 5L water + a single serve of electrolytes.
on 1st april i started Novo 5iu +10iu solostar pre workout with 4 lcm bars and couple lollies, am also using a Dextrose Monohydrate powder along with an electrolyte powder as my intra workout sipper. Have also started 50mg SPARTA Anadrol PWO as well and the pumps from the slin and anadrol are brutal! wish id tried it sooner! hahah This is my first time running anadrol and slin so the enjoying every minute currently.
Only running anadrol for first 4 weeks.
have also started 100mg NPP mon/wed/fri (300mg weekly).
Will get some photos at the gym tomorrow with my partner and give you guys an update tomorrow.
Macros to come once i ditch this water and work out where im actually sitting but carbs have dramatically increased and im feeling much stronger.
