was just a play around day with the sdrol and Tren A, had some rough news regarding family and wanted to get in a crazy good session and work some feelings out.

how about the training how as it today?
Training this morning was really good hit chest and biceps

Feeling pretty strong but not going heavy more
Focusing on time under tension and getting a proper stretch and switched from straight bar to smith just for that more stability to focus on slower eccentric movements and really get those shoulder blades back for a good stretch.
Was flat bench inclining 120kg for reps but have dropped back to 90kg smith.

I don’t track my weights as I usually just train to how my body feels and go as hard as I can on the day with whatever weight I’m able to achieve and that stops me from getting down or negative that one day I can’t lift as much etc as I have no exact set weight aside from warmups (usually the same) some days you’re strong others your not depending on heaps of factors.

Just done 6kg of slow cooked rump over night, took the meat out this morning to drip drain on a rack in a tray as I’m not interested in all the extra fats etc, meat has come up amazing.

I like to bag my chicken and beef into 200g bags and freeze them, super convenient and you can add the meat to anything you want!
