18% Body Fat Cycle?

I understand the initial advice will be to lose weight, and I am already on track, with about 0.5% per week. But lets work on a cycle at that 18%.

However, as I plan for the next cycle in about a month or two, I want to gather as much information as possible. Here's a recap of my stats and details:

- Age: 40

- Height: 183cm

- Bf : 18% currently but aiming to continue to drop this each week

- Weight: Just under 100kg (99.8Kg)

Previous cycles have consisted of Test 250 and Anavar only.

My diet is now under control since I'm no longer working in an industry that could unexpectedly send me away for a month with minimal notice, as has happened before. My goal is to gain lean muscle, as I tend to retain water easily and dislike the bloating effect.

Considering two options: but happy to listen to other options. (Aprart from Tren at this stage)

1. Test 250, Primo, & Anavar.

2. Test 250, Masteron, Anavar.

I'm aware that conventional wisdom suggests being at 12% body fat or lower for Masteron use (which I won't achieve by the start of the cycle), but I've come across opinions, such as those from Dylan Gemelli, suggesting it's a viable option even at higher body fat levels.
 
Test 250 mast 200 . A week
No need for anavar I reckon .
Lots of other options though .
Ever thought of using hgh fragment ?
HGH made my feet swell up so much after 4 weeks that I had to get off it as I couldn't fit in my shoes anymore.
Just bought 4 different pairs and couldn't afford to buy bigger ones again 😂
 
Both look like pretty good options you could always run the test solo for a few weeks Then add in the others
Yeah that's why im a bit torn on it all.
Hoping for a bit more feedback from some that have more knowledge than I.

On your cycle, I think the "masteron and 10-12% bodyfat" is a myth. You'll get hardening from masteron even at 18%, you just wont see it as much.

Based on your previous cycles, I would go with option #2:
w1-12
Testosterone 250mgs/week split dose 125/125
Masteron 200mgs/week split dose 100/100
anavar 50mgs/day split dose 25/25 w1-8
n2guard organ liver support 7caps/day split dose 4/5
cardarine gw 20mgs per day (stamina fat loss) 10mgs am/10mgs pm

I think 12% bodyfat is optimal, but looking at your log, I think you can start earlier very soon, like June 2024.

Is there any specific reason for the timescale beyond that's what you decided on?
Why the time frame? Few things.

The past cycles I’ve had so much pop up in the middle of everything that iv not been able to 100% commit and do it right.
I’m now in a different position where I won’t be flown overseas for a month at a time with only 3 days notice.
So thought I’d give myself some time to get my groove into the new position and able to focus on the 3 main factors that will get me in the right position to do this right.

Diet
Sleep
Training.


Knowing me ill probably be starting end of the month as I hate waiting but I need to make sure this is done right and committed the time needed.

I think I’ve listened to most of these on my morning walks for Masteron.
And have gone through every video of Dylans I can find with both compounds.

So, few things. I'm terrible with logging I forget to track most things ever since the app I was using for my workouts shut down (bodybuilding.com app) I’ve also been doing more Hitt classes at the moment for Cardio than weight training. Just wanted something different for a bit as I was getting bored with weights.

I'm now in a new job which won't ship me overseas with only 3 days notice now so I've been super busy understanding the new role. This will pass soon once I'm up to speed with everything. Hence why I don't want to jump right into it all.

Onto the cycle.

Sweet. I actually already have Test E and Mast arrive the other day.
Have Anavar left over from my last cycle which I stopped early (will need a top up)
N2gurd keeps getting taken away from me at customs I’ve tried 2 times so I’m not going to try again as I'm nearly $300 down. Unless someone in Australia has it which I can’t find.
Cardarine I’ve been taking for 3 months and really feel 0 benefit from it. Maybe its bunk but with the supplier I’ve been getting off nothing has been bunk before so maybe it’s just me not understanding it.
I'm still running it at the moment at 20mg a day.

Bloods were done yesterday so waiting on them to come back as well. Just curing on my TRT does at the moment.

So the other question is. I hear many people say run 1:1 ratio of Test and Mast. Is that what you think?

Good timing. Doc has sent over blood works.

This is me just on TRT at the moment. Was due to inject that day.

You should try NPP in a cycle. I will never run a cycle without it.
I did look at that but havnt done enough research on it to add it into the list

It’s really nice. Keeps the shoulders feeling good. I guess some people add it in low 100mg dose to complement their TRT cycles.

@FlexyMcFlexFace you know cycles are like that, you just need to do your best and get the info in there, including sharing with us your EVO family. Thats crucial.

On test/mast see my suggestion not 1:1. On the n2guard you mean customs takes your n2guard from n2bm? you ordered from official website? ingredients all legal, what customs letter they giving you? did you send it to n2bm?
cardarine maybe its bunk if you got nothing from it, so try stenabolic instead imo.

250mgs test/200mgs mast imo

The standard letter you get when you bring in non-approved supps. I replied once and said it wasn't controlled just not sold in Australia and more than likely ill need to pay taxes but never heard back. Tried again and got the same letter so gave up
Sweet as mate thank for for the info. pretty much all I was thinking all along so I'm glad my weeks and weeks or watching and listing have turned into the right information.
 
i don't give a damn if you run a cycle at 18% body fat. its your body and your choice

what i do care about is your health though. you can be 18% body fat and excellent health and you can be 6% and be in piss poor health.
 
fat is important
but it doesn't tell the whole story
 
it depends on the direction you want to go
personally I would avoid some hardening steroids you don't need that right now
