1st bulking cycle

I've been weight training off and on for 30+ years. Been on trt since may at 200mg/week test cyp, 60mg armourthyroid, and dhea. Bloods came back great in August with 1238 ng/dL total test and 28.4 pg/ml free T. LDL was slightly elevated so I've added red yeast rice to see if that comes down a bit. Running an 8 week cut right now with Para pharma cut stack. Injecting EOD with a total of 175mg tren ace, 175mg masteron, and 400mg test per week. I'm 5'10" and weigh 252lbs at 20% body fat. After the cut in going to take 8 weeks back at my trt dose before starting a bulk. I'm looking at 12-14 weeks of 400mg test cyp and 200mg NPP per week injecting EOD plus 25mg/day of proviron. I also ordered some Androl as I'm trying to hit a 500lb deadlift goal during this bulk. Pulled 465lbs 2 weeks ago before i started the cut so I'm not far off. My questions are should I run 50mg anadrol daily for the 1st 6 weeks or should I just run it on training days only throughout the cycle(lifting 4 days per week)? I know a lot of you more experienced will run much higher doses but I'm easing in to it. Have aromasin I plan on running if need be. Anything else I should look out for?
 
honestly, thats way too high to be stay at that level of total test.. over 1000 is not healthy to be at longer term.. ideally you want to be at 650-750.. 200 is not really a trt dose unless you are severely hypogonadal...

it also makes no sense to be using steroids, especially masteron at 20% body fat, as thats a body fat where it is definitely putting you at a much higher level for negative side effects... not to mention, 175 mg of masteron is rather pointless... bulking really makes no sense at 20% body fat... i mean, you do you, noone here is your dad but i just dont see how any of this makes sense health wise at all bro.. im just looking out for you because the goal here is to increase your health, longevity and quality of life, not shorten and take from it...

bro I would run the Drol ed 50mg for the first 4-6 weeks. some ppl like to go 4 weeks to start cycle then last 4 weeks of cycle to end. To do this you do need 14-16 weeks total though

When you keep your testosterone levels that elevated for the long term, it's going to have negative consequences. I also encourage you to be using N2 guard. And also I recommend you get a log going, so we can help you daily

@zachibew well welcome to the evolutionary.org family! I use para pharma too so good choice.

On the anadrol I would use it on training days only thats the best time. But you know aromasin might be overkill? like actual estrogen issues like heart problems and do you have organ support liver support like n2guard?

this way we can talk more cycles and more info right, real deal not just guessing.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

A little more backstory. Currently 44 years old. Before 2022 there was a 4-5 year period where I was out of the gym, over worked, stressed, and over eating. I got fat as fuck. January 2022 I was in the worst shape of my life. 326lbs and ~35% bodyfat. Time for a change. As an electrician activity has always been fairly high with a minimum of 10k steps but we added a daily 2 mile walk in the morning with the wife and dogs. I went to a keto/paleo type diet eating primarily fish, chicken, beef, and vegetables with maybe 2 cups of berries per week. Added intermittent fasting in April starting at 16-8 and progressing to 20-4 on the feeding window. By December 2022 I had dropped 100lbs. At that point it was time to get back in the gym. I've been training full body 3 days a week since and aside from a couple vacations I haven't missed a training day in 10 months. By May I was still 225lbs but had lost another 5% bodyfat. Got blood tests then and total test was 240 and free t was 23. Went on trt at that point. Since may I'm up 25lbs and still 20% bodyfat. Clearly I've been pushing to recomp not get small. I've been interested in steroids since I started lifting but never wanted to deal with suppression, bloodwork, injections, etc. The trt kinda took care of all those things for me. I've been researching for months and listening to the podcast daily. Decided to join mobster on the cut stack this month. I realize I still have to put in the work in the gym and the kitchen 1st. I understand I don't need steroids, but short of competitors none of us do. I'm on n2 guard, creatine, and some protein drinks as far as supplements. I know the cut stack is pretty aggressive for a 1st cycle, which is why I'm keeping the dosage moderate. 1 week in and I feel great. Maintenance calories are about 3k so I'm cutting at 2500 right now. If results slow I'll adjust calories. I'm guessing by the end of the 8 weeks I'll probably be around 2k calories. Blood work will be 6 weeks post cut stack and I'll decide then if I want to run my bulk cycle as outlined. Now this isn't a dirt bulk where I'm looking to gain 25lbs with half of it being fat. I only plan on pushing calories a few hundred over my current Maintenance. More of a recomp-bulk hybrid. My ultimate goal is to push back to my peak fitness level of my early 20s playing rugby in college. At best I was 275lbs and 14-15% body fat. I'm not interested in getting shredded but want to push to visible abs. I also have strength goals I'm trying to hit by my 45th birthday at the end of January. I'd like to get my bench back to 405lbs, deadlift to 500+, and squat over 450. Currently 30-60 lbs away from this goals and this the anadrol added to my winter stack. At that point I'll likely drop the trt to 150mg/week in an effort to get total test under 1k.

Absolutely, I'll work on getting a log together. Training is mostly compound movements, full body, 3x per week. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. I switch up the exercises and rep ranges every 6 weeks or so. Right now it's sets of 3-6 reps. Day 1 is deadlift 5x5 working up to 375lbs. Military press 5x5 working up to 175lbs. Pull downs 3x5 working up to 195lbs. Shrugs 3x10 as the dumbells at my gym only go up to 120lbs. Bent over laterals 3x8 working up to 50lb dumbells. Hammer curls 3x8 working up to 70lb dumbells. Tricep press downs 3x15 working up to 195lbs.calf raises 3x15 working up to 380lbs. And weighted crunches 3x20. Day 2 is squat 5x5, bench 5x5, bent over row 5x5, lateral raises 3x8, barbell curls 3x8, skull crushers 3x8, standing calf raise 3x15, and leg raises 3x15. Those 2 workouts will alternate for the next 6 weeks adding weight or reps where possible. Diet is approximately 2500kcals per day typically around 300g protein, 100g fat, and 100g carbs. No junk, mostly whole foods, beef, fish, chicken, vegetables, the occasional scoop of peanut butter if fats/calories are low and maybe a cup of rice or sweet potatoe here and there. May increase training volume but for now I'm seeing good results. Sleep is my biggest issue, as my work/commute schedule means gym days start at 2:30am and non gym days during the week start at 3:30am. It's almost impossible to get to sleep before 8pm especially in the summer when it's still light out so I average closer to 6hrs of sleep than the 8hrs I'd like to get. Might have 2-4 beers or cocktails per month depending on social interactions.

My advice is cut off all the alcohol. When you go out just order a club soda or something like that or even an orange juice, but no reason to drink when you're out, it's just not good for you.
 
Thank you for deciding to put up a log Journal. I'm looking forward to seeing it. That is good that you are able to get six hours of sleep, but to be honest, you need to up that to seven or eight hours.
 
Compound movements are great but eventually you need to switch to split routine workouts. Those are much more better at balancing things out around the body.
 
The next step for you is obviously getting along Journal out. Try to get that up by tomorrow and also make sure you get us some pictures. So we can take a look at how you look. You can blur out your face, obviously, for privacy.
 
You do me a favor also and space out your paragraphs. It's kind of hard to read everything together like that space things out a little bit and kind of structure the log so that we can understand what's going on.
