Hello Everyone:

I am going to start a Sarms Cycle for the 1st time next coming Monday 25th March 2024.
Age: 49yrs
Male
Weight: 92Kgs

A little bit of my history and background.
I have been working out most of my life since teenage years. However, due to a nagging right elbow tendonitis and Right Shoulder impingement, I have stopped my workouts since January of 2023.
All my resistance exercises are Bodyweight Callisthenics.
My weight in Jan 2023 was 79kg.

Pullups: 18 Max Rep with Strict Form (6 sets of Reps to Failure, 3min rest between Sets). Twice per week
Chinups: 21 Max Rep with Strict Form (6 sets of Reps to Failure, 3min rest between Sets). Twice per week
Parallel Bar Dips: 25 Max Rep with Strict Form (6 sets of Reps to Failure, 3min rest between Sets). Twice per week
Pushups: 105 Max Rep (6 sets of Reps to Failure, 3min rest between Sets). Twice per week
5KM Slow Jog 3 times per week
15,000 steps Walking 4 times per week

I have since totally stop working out due to my injuries. Have decided to get back into my workouts as my Elbow is 100% now, Right Shoulder about 95%.

I decided to do a SARMS cycle because I have read about the benefits of SARMS for Joint/Tendon/Ligament Injuries.

I currently have with me the Following SARMS and SERMS:
1) Ostarine
2) MK677
3) SR9009
4) Andarine
5) Nolvadex
6) Clomid

Currently on the following supplements daily:
1) 1000mg Ascorbic Acid
2) Lycopene 100mg
3) L-Glutathione 100mg
4) Jiaogulan Tea 6g per day
5) Hyaluronic Acid 40mg
6) Type 2 Collagen 40mg
7) Rose Hip Extract 100mg
8) Glucosamine: 1200mg x 2 per day
9) EPA 1800mg per day
10) DHA 1200mg per day


My intended SARMS Cycle: (Please check and assist me in the titration of dosage)
Duration: 12 weeks
MK677: 12.5/18.75/25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25
Ostarine: 12.5/18.75/25/31.25/37/5/43.75/50/50/50/50/50/50
SR9009: 12.5+12.5/day for 12 weeks
Andarine: 25+25/day for 12 weeks

PCT Cycle:
I need advise from you Veterans here. Duration and Dosage for Clomid and Nolvadex
MK 677: 25mgED for the duration of PCT
SR9009: 12.5+12.5ED for duration of PCT

Further supplementation Post SARMS Cycle and during PCT:
I have access to the following nutraceuticals and herbs, please advise which are the more relevant ones.
1) Fadogia Aggrestris
2) TongKat Ali
3) Fenugreek Seed Extract
4) Forskolin
5) AshwaGhanda
6) Tribulus Terrestris

My intended Diet during SARMS Cycle:
Protein: 200g per day (40g x 5)
Carbs: 50g per day (Post Workout only)
Fat: 75g to 120g per day
Water: 3 Liters per day
Calories: Protein 800 + Carbs 200 + Fat 675-1080

Much Appreciated if everyone can help calibrate my SARMS dosage and PCT Cycle Dosage.
Another question, will I be pushing it if I go for 16weeks cycle instead of 12 weeks cycle

Hey bro, i can certainly help you...

the ostarine dosing is extremely odd and thoroughly unnecessary but i will correct it in the layout below

to really get the full benefits of mk677, you would want to run it at least 6 months

it is very unnecessary to run multiple serms on this stack and only one would be necessary...

as far as the other supplements, you can use all of them if you want.. they are "fine" and do have some benefit and can add in helping pct but they are also not going to do anything extremely substantial but it wont hurt to add them in...

1-12 Mk677 (NUTROBAL) 25 mg day dosed once a day in the p.m.
1-12 Sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 10 mg doses 4-5 hours apart
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

@Liability2Reliable great start to the sarms LOG.

Now, SARMS doses I'll redo a bit.
Nutrobal mk667 stay at 10mgs the whole time before you bump it.
Ostarine is fine dosed.
Sr9009 stenabolic is good but take it around training (short half life)
and andarine I dont like to go over 25mgs ed so sides are low

cycle time, stick to 12 weeks and add organ liver support n2guard 7caps ed

diet, good general talk but lets see your meals and foods and when you eat them share that
training, no details please share actual exercises and when you do them and reps sets weights
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

For elbows I wear sleeves on my heavy sets and I have had a frozen shoulder. So I do a LOT of reps with a broomstick to warm up
 
please share a meal pictures not just the basics
need to know exactly what you're doing
 
a nice start to your log so far
make sure you keep us updated as to what exactly you're taking
 
you definitely need to take n2guard on cycle
don't think you don't need it with sarms
 
check out the other logs to get some more ideas
especially on how to structure these logs
