Trying my 1st cycle ever. I've taken cycles of lgd a couple of times, and ready to take the leap. Been doing research for a few months on the subject and have decided on test enanthate only cycle @400mg a week for 10-12weeks, arimidex .5 every 3days on cycle and clomid and nolva 4 weeks pct. Does that sound right?
My main question is if I run a few cycles over the next couple years, will I be able to be done with it completely and be able to continue to train hard and keep the gains made, or will it all eventually fade off and leave me back where i am today as far as size and strength?

Also i am35yrs old and approx15-16% bodyfat. Been training for about 2 years. 6months prior to that i was 260lbs of mostly fast. I changed my diet and got down to 180 and began weight trading. Have been on the fence back and forth with myself if i should take this step. Want to getahead but not looking for a lifetime commitment to steroids or trt.

Hey Brother,
Starting out can be a little trouble only because of so much information and so little of it that you know to be true. The best thing is to find someone your size and look at what they do, as far as weights and eating go.
Just doing Test is fine to get your feet wet. it's what every cycle is based from. Just remember when starting you want to make sure your first week is done right.
start with HCG along with your test. Test e is a good way to start because it last longer. It will give you some sides, so you will want to make sure you don't start getting gyno. For this you will run an AI.
So running the arimidex like you said is great. If you feel any strange stuff with your nipples then up the meds. You could also add nolvadex.

to answer your main question.. You will lose some of your gains. you are only doing test so your not going to get huge but you will put on more size. depending on your eating and lifting after you come off will be the main concern if you keep most of it
or lose. Let me know what your food intake is now and we can look at how to fix it or not. I hope this helps.

When waiting on replies bare in mind I'm in the UK. Others are in Canada (both sides) and others are all across the US. It means often we're asleep when you're posting.

It seems like a reasonable cycle but the PCT is awful. Get that straightened out and you have a decent layout.

As far as reverting back to how you are now, that is certainly possible. I would say it is probable for must "regular" guys. To keep what you have and keep progressing requires dedication and consistency in the gym and with diet every single day. Most people take big gaps in this area in their life. Kids, marriage, etc. If you were to be consistent with diet and training from her on out then there is no reason you wont keep the gains you make.
